How OneClause works

Four steps: add the document, set the perspective and depth, read the scored findings, then interrogate or export them.

• Add a contract as PDF, DOCX, plain text, a public URL or a photo/scan (OCR handles images)
• Tell OneClause which side you are on and how deep the review should go — a quick scan or a full risk deep-dive
• Read the report: overall risk score, clause-level findings ranked by severity, missing clauses and recommended changes
• Ask follow-up questions in chat against the actual document, compare two contracts side by side, or export a branded report
